I give occasional talks about AI in production, enterprise AI adoption, and operating complex systems.

The common thread is the same as on this site: what happens when new capabilities hit real systems, real teams, and real constraints.

I am not trying to build a high-volume speaker business. But if you are organizing something thoughtful in this area, I am open to the right conversation.
